The application process is very exhaustive, considering the nature of the business. To facilitate this process, we have created a Franchise Application Portal. This extensive application process is an integral and substantive part of the selection process. It starts with you filling of the application, conducting market surveys, identifying the appropriate site for setting up the centre and preparing the business plan. Should you get shortlisted, then attend a presentation by the FIITJEE Franchise Team, followed by a one-on-one discussion. If selected, you will have to sign the MOU followed by the signing of the Franchise Agreement.
All interactions and engagements with Franchise Applicants shall be done through the Application Portal. A detailed Task List has been created to facilitate and enable the applicant to complete the Application in the shortest period. A Help Desk has been set up exclusively to assist if you need any help, help desk should ideally be contacted through e-mails and only in an unavoidable situation through an online platform (Zoom) should you need face-to-face discussion post an e-mail exchange. Considering Time is of the essence, we advise you to plan all tasks in detail to meet the timeline for submitting the application.
It is recommended that you submit the application at the earliest, as early submission of the application shall be considered a positive trait in the evaluation and therefore increase your chances for selection as Franchisee.
Here, you can choose the state and city for which you would like to apply for the Franchise. You can apply for multiple cities which are currently being offered for Franchise. For each city of your choice, you will be required to subscribe and fill separate application.
To ensure only the serious applicants apply, you will have to pay an application fee for which you wish to apply for the Franchise. Multiple payment options have been made available on the payment page to help you initiate the application. Select the payment option most suitable for you.
There are different sections of the application form. Please fill all sections, and before submitting, ensure that the information filled is correct. You can empower consultants and proposed business partners/ shareholders and directors to simultaneously fill the form using your login credentials. To allow them to access the application simultaneously, you will need to share the login credential and OTP with them when they try to log-in.
You will have to create a new legal entity exclusively for the FIITJEE Franchise business; ideally, this should be initiated while filling the form to ensure that the new entity is available for executing the Franchise Agreement post one-on-one meeting.
All applicants who attend the FIITJEE Franchise presentation shall also participate in a one-on-one meeting where they give a presentation (maximum of 15 slides in 30 min) to the FIITJEE Franchise Team, followed by a discussion and selection.
The selected applicants will be required to sign an MOU followed by the execution the Franchise Agreement with the legal entity created especially for FIITJEE Franchise business.
